Information you provide voluntarily:

• Uploaded contract content and extracted text, your review conditions, review results and saved clause revisions

Information collected automatically:

• Basic usage statistics (such as page views, contract review counts)
• Technical information (browser type, device type, IP address)

We use the collected information to:

• Provide AI contract review services and let you reopen saved reports, revise clauses and download files
• Improve service quality and user experience
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• Comply with legal and regulatory requirements

We use the following third-party services:

• DeepSeek: Processes contract text and instructions for contract review and clause revisions
• OpenRouter and OpenAI: Provide image-to-text processing for supported uploads through the GPT-4o model
• Supabase: Provides account authentication, the database for saved reviews and revisions, and private storage for prepared exports
• Creem: Processes purchases and subscription billing
• Vercel: Provides website hosting and application infrastructure

AI processing: Contract content is sent to the providers needed for the requested processing. Their handling of that data is also subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies. AnyContract.ai is not affiliated with or endorsed by these AI providers.

We take the following measures to protect your information:

• All data transmission uses SSL/TLS encryption
• Saved reviews and prepared exports are tied to your account; access to customer reports requires authentication
• Regular review and update of security measures
• Limited employee access to user data

Saved reviews and revisions currently have no automatic expiry. They include extracted contract text, review conditions and results so that you can reopen and revise your work. Closing the browser or downloading a file does not delete these records.

Prepared export links expire after 24 hours. This expiry does not delete the saved review or immediately erase the exported file. Temporary export copies are cleaned up during later export preparation.

To request deletion of your saved reviews or account data, email support@anycontract.ai from your account email address.

Under applicable privacy laws, you have the right to:
