Terms of Service

By accessing and using AnyContract.ai (the "Service"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The following paid plans are available:

• Single Review: $29 — 1 full contract review
• Monthly: $99/month — 6 reviews per month
• Quarterly: $267/quarter — 18 reviews per quarter

All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely by Creem. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan.

Credits are consumed when you unlock a full report. Unused credits do not roll over for subscription plans. One-time credits do not expire.

Due to the digital nature of the service:

• Credits that have already been used to unlock a report are non-refundable.
• Unused credits on a one-time purchase may be refunded within 7 days of purchase — contact us at support@anycontract.ai.
• For subscription plans, you may cancel at any time. You retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused periods.

When using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Not use the service for illegal purposes
• Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of the service
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Understand the limitations of AI-generated content

Your Content:

• The contract templates you download and analysis results belong to you
• We do not claim any rights to your contract content

Our Service:

• Website design, code, prompts, and proprietary workflows belong to AnyContract.ai
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our service

We strive to maintain stable service operation, but:

• Service may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues
• We may modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the service at any time
• We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• This includes but is not limited to any legal issues arising from the use of contract templates or AI analysis

We value your privacy:

• We do not permanently store the content of contracts you upload for analysis
• We collect account information and usage data necessary to provide the service

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

We may update these terms from time to time:

• Significant changes will be announced on the website
• Continued use of the service after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms
• We recommend reviewing the latest version periodically
