Open one finding and follow it through
Suppose the contract says payment is due when the customer is “fully satisfied.” A useful review should identify that wording, explain how undefined approval could delay payment and suggest a clearer acceptance process.
Read the proposed edit. Does it give the customer time to report a specific problem? Does it explain what happens next? Can you change the deadline if it doesn’t fit the job? These questions show whether you can use the suggestion in a real negotiation.
Also check whether the tool understands your role. The customer and supplier have different concerns about the same payment clause. A review should reflect the side you selected without inventing facts about the deal.
